His artistic approach focuses on photography in war zones, its capacity to inform and the conditions of its reception by the public. For over ten years, he has been surveying Turkey, Afghanistan, Syria and the Ukraine, and his series explore notions of erasure and invisibility, at the crossroads of time and space.
